During the summer of 2022, June 15 – August 1, excavation will be continued at the Sanctuary of Zeus and Sanctuary of Pan at Mt. Lykaion in Arcadia, Greece, under the auspices of the American School of Classical Studies at Athens. A team from the University of Arizona, directed by David G. Romano and Mary E. Voyatzis, in collaboration with our colleagues in the Arcadia Ephoreia of Antiquities, will be working at the southern peak of the mountain and the in the lower mountain meadow, where excavation and survey has been underway 2006-2010, 2016-2019. The following positions need to be filled for the coming campaign. Arcadian Fellowships, covering room and board and travel, may be available for many of the student positions.

Supervisory positions need experience of between 1-3 years.

Between August 3 – August 14 we will be holding the 12th annual Parrhasian Heritage Park Field School in which we are working to create Greece’s first national heritage park. If you are interested in participating in this work please indicate so on your application. We are only able to take 12 individuals for the Field School. Fellowships from the Parrhasian Heritage Foundation are available.
